Tim Kelly is a political professional specializing in survey research, electoral campaign strategy, and campaign management.

Kelly has extensive experience providing strategic guidance to American and international leaders on four continents as well as high-profile private sector organizations.

Kelly began his political career in Pennsylvania, helping to elect Republican candidates at the state and federal levels.

In 2013 a combination of luck and timing teamed Kelly with legendary GOP political consultant and pollster, Arthur J. Finkelstein, on a New Jersey congressional race. This seemingly inconsequential race had lasting effects.

Kelly joined Finkelstein’s team and spent 5 years alongside Arthur, learning the surgical tactics he deployed effortlessly to deliver victories for clients across the world. It’s these methods Kelly applies today to serve his clients and win campaigns.

Kelly is a 2002 graduate of New York’s Jesuit university, Fordham University. An avid and accomplished skier, Tim has spent two decades as an alpine ski racing coach and instructor at Vail Mountain Resort in Colorado and Elk Mountain Ski Resort in Pennsylvania.

our approach

Good data = Good decision-making

It’s our job to understand people – their motivations, their goals, their sensitivities. And we believe the best way to compel conclusive decision-making is by personally engaging with people.

We go into the field to find intersections of interest. We find out what people care about, we find out what candidates care about, and we find the intersection of those two points.

It’s critical to ask questions rather than make assumptions. Through quantitative research and analysis, we build strategies that inspire action, build connections with voters, create votes, and win elections.

A Structure for Success

A campaign without a strong internal structure is as powerful as a ship without a sail. It gets pushed around.

What our team does incredibly well is build a campaign structure that encourages communication, organization, and a simple focus: win the day, win the week, win the race.

We implement a “seven boxes” strategy that sets your team up for success each and every day.

The Right Message, at the Right Time, to the Right People

At this moment, technology allows us to reach more people with greater precision, frequency, and cost-effectiveness than at any point in human history.

Our team believes in harnessing all message-delivery ecosystems to create a passionate and engaged community of supporters that wakes up on Election Day eager to get to the polls.

Through television, digital, mail, and texting mobile devices, we deliver compelling message, build connections with pivotal constituencies, and win votes.
